Leisure Industry
Restaurants and Pubs are significant areas of expertise gained largely through refurbishments requiring fast track projects of 1 to 4 weeks duration.

We have experience of larger, full fit out projects to new or existing properties where the time scale can be between 12 & 20 weeks with project values between £500k & £1m.

Once again our joinery based contracting backed by in-house, joinery manufacture gives us a distinct advantages over many of our competitors.

With manufacturing as well as site experience we offer the highest quality shop-fitting and refurbishment services to the high street and out of town, retail clients. Operating as Main Contractor we are able to call on a vast resource of respected specialist sub-contractors for all relevant trades from ground-works through to final finishes incl. soft furnishings.

Airports
Our Contract Management experience includes significant projects at Heathrow & Blackpool Airports with the respective security clearance.

We can provide fit-out and property refurbishment services ranging from ground-works through to high quality finishes in all areas including all specialist building trades

Hotels
We offer fast track refurbishment services from ground-works through to soft furnishings as main contractor. Experience in this sector includes, large chains as well as independent operators with project values between £20k & £500k.

Listed Buildings
All our directors have significant experience, contract managing construction works on Listed Buildings, which, when combined with our Architectural Joinery manufacture facility, offers an unbeatable service.

Bespoke Joinery
As time served joiners, 2 of the company directors have a wealth of ‘hands on’ knowledge and experience in the creation of bespoke designs to match the most demanding of clients requirements. With workshop facilities of a size and specification to suit the manufacturing requirements of a discerning traditionalist we produce quality Bar Fitments, Shop-fitments, ornate stairs, windows, doors and any manner of specialist architectural product.
