Fridays have signed the agreement at the St Davids Centre Cardiff and are progressing with a new store opening. The main elements of Birmingham concept will be used on this site which is now fully endorsed not only by the Friday’s guest but by the board of directors. This site will start late December 2009 and handover late March 2010 to welcome the Easter holidays and the new clientele. J3 Projects Ltd will again have the envious role of the principle contractor who in turn will orchestrate the proceedings from day 1 with client direct and domestic contractors. J3 Projects Ltd will be accountable to the centre management with regards to the protocols of St David’s and the regulations of the new city centre shopping mall.
