Instructed by the PiC’s facilities director to refurbish to low secure ward which had been mothballed. The residents of this low secure ward had been relocated to the new hospital at Arbury Court in Warrington which had just been handover over to them by E Wright Construction just a week previous.
All patient bedrooms & communal areas to be fully restored with new floor, wall & ceiling finishes & bedrooms fitted out with new bedroom furniture. There was the inclusion of a new bathroom & 2nr shower rooms which was the requisite of the health care commission. J3 Projects Ltd was instructed to refurbish the remaining communal toilet & bathrooms to the current legislation, all with anti-ligature fittings.
