The Dene Hospital, Burgess Hill

The Dene Hospital offers a medium secure unit for women with mental health problems who are detained under the Mental Health Act 1983. J3 Projects Limited tendered for the T2 contract, the internal refurbishment & alteration schedule in October 2007.
PiC awarded J3 Projects Limited the T2 contract in January 2008 with a confirmed start date of March 17th 2008.
The Dene is to be found within it’s own grounds, some 11 acres, located on the outskirts of Burgess Hill which is close by to the seaside town of Brighton, West Sussex.
The works include full refurbishment of patient & staff areas, alterations to the physical structure all of will takes place within a live hospital environment.
All site personnel and approved sub contractors have previous experience in working in a controlled environment due to previous work with PiC and also private hospital groups.
All contract works has been completed within budget and with programmed dates and to the high standard we ask which has assisted J3 Projects Limited to be successful in other contracts with the PiC group such as; St John's House, Diss, Norfolk. The Ayr Clinic, Ayr, Ayrshire and Calverton House, Nottingham.
