J3 Projects Ltd successfully completed the refurbishment of patient bedrooms & clinical areas on this phased programme contract during October 2007, all work progressed in a live operational hospital environment.
We worked directly with the client representative on all aspects of the contract works, including, phasing dates, controlled access, plus extra emphasis on clinical areas, TSSU & treatment areas. BMI Healthcare has expressed their approval with J3 Projects Ltd with regard to the professionalism displayed in administering this difficult contract.
BMI Healthcare has insisted that we will be involved with the refurbishment of ward & patient areas at the Beardswood Hospital, Blackburn which will also come under the same management’s protocols. This work is scheduled to commence early December 2007 & run up to Christmas.
