Brand rollout programme 2007/8/9
The new owners of TGI Fridays, Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, have nominated J3 Projects Ltd to be one of their main contractors for the brand refurbishment of their 42 store estate. The rollout commenced in July of this year, 2007 & will continue throughout 2008 & 2009. Carlson's business plan is to revamp each of the stores on its own merits but keep the TGIF brand foremost in the building schedule.
We have so far, successfully completed the refurbishment of 9 stores on time and within budget. Our client is exceptionally happy with the new product, especially the level of finishing’s, achieved handover dates but also the industrious site & contract management provided by Dale Margerison & Barry Sansby.
