Our prestigious client, William Clark Partnership awarded J3 Projects Ltd the fit- out & groundwork elements of a new housing development contract, a small development of 7 number three storey town houses. Although a modest project it has proven beneficial in our spread of building concepts.
J3 Projects were employed as main contractor where the implementation of new CDM regulations along with the stringent H&S policies were strongly in evidence on a new build development. The primary objective of the finished product is to provide affordable town housing to the Jewish community with pre-selected design qualities to suit their strong spiritual beliefs.
