Classic Hospitals

Awarded the SSD and TSSU refurbishment/ conversion contract by Classic Hospitals and William Clark Partnership. The objective of this contract is to provide the hospital with new SSD and TSSU departments, all part of the new healthcare regulations.
Agreeing logistics for carrying out the construction works proved a challenging process therefore J3 Projects Ltd contract and site management was to convene with the hospital management on a daily basis and agreeing access to clinical areas. The priority from Classic Hospitals is that there will be no disruption to the theatre schedule and to hospital consultants.
The external works and portakabin fit out was programmed to be completed by 22nd December 2006 which will provide hospital staff with new shower and changing room facilities.
Phase two, three and four of the contract programme was commenced on January 2nd 2007 for 13 weeks and finished within the programme time and budget costs.
